A SPEF, na pessoa do seu presidente de direção Nuno Ferro, esteve presente no XXIII Congresso Nacional de Gestão do Desporto - "Lei de Bases e a Gestão do Desporto: 15 anos depois".
Este encontro foi organizado pela APOGESD e teve lugar na cidade de Leiria (Teatro José Lúcio da Silva), nos dias 29 e 30 de novembro.
A SPEF integrou o painel da Tertúlia que debateu a seguinte temática - "Um Plano para o Desporto Português". Presentes:
